It's supposed to be some sort of futuristic computer with data cables coming from the bottom and a blue tint coming from the screen and red button in the bottom left, mounted onto a sliding rail seen bottom left. I'm not sure if it's useful but I may have a go at making a model of it if it turns out to be.

That's actually a pretty detailed drawing, more so than the thread title indicates. Could you go further with detailing it? Maybe draw how it would look in an area?

I'm no artist
You drew a great sketch.
I used to draw these sorta things way back but now I have to pay attention in class or I won't graduate.
Try orthogonal or some 3D position to give more depth and detail.

I'm no artist either. I do them on microstation95. It can only draw elipses, circles and lines.

Was wondering what sort of triangle budget I should have for the prop?
I am at 451tris so far, I think around 1000-1200tris I can manage once the cables and other stuff is added
